In 2014, he established A. Pericleous Properties to meet growing demand for reliable short-term and long-term property management services. The company became known for dependable service, owner support, and creating smooth rental experiences for tenants and guests.
In 2019, he launched P. Pericleous Real Estate, a licensed brokerage focused on helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors navigate the Cyprus market with clarity and confidence.
