Real Estate Market Remains Resilient – Council of Registered Real Estate Agents: €2.3 Billion in Transfers, 8,729 Sale Contracts Filed. The Cyprus property market demonstrated continued strength during the first half of 2025. According to Land Registry data analysed quarterly by the Council of Registered Real Estate Agents:

Sale contracts filed (January–June): 8,729 — a 16% increase compared to the same period in 2024 (7,553).

Title transfers: While the volume rose slightly by 0.5%, the total value increased by approximately 10% to €2.3 billion.
“Despite geopolitical uncertainties and broader instability in the second quarter, the property sector maintained its momentum,” stated Council President Marinos Kinegyris. “Buyer interest remains robust, while the introduction of new supply—particularly in the residential segment—has helped stabilise prices. Barring any major unforeseen developments, 2025 is poised to be another strong year for the Cyprus real estate market.”
