Ezousa Suites
MINTHIS resort began operating The Suites as luxury accommodation with hotel services from 1st July 2021. The Suites, together with upcoming Ezousa Suites, will provide a unique concept where guests can stay amongst nature, in spacious, private 2-bedroom suites and enjoy a new experience which includes all the amenities and facilities of a luxury boutique hotel, and more.
In 2023 all the facilities and infrastructure at the resort will be complete, making Minthis a new lifestyle destination. The Plateia, is a central lively square with lounge restaurant, souvlaki grill, gelato, infusions bar, a grocer selling essentials and local produce, a wine cava, a home concept store, art gallery and other boutiques selling curated items. The destination Wellness Spa is a 2,700sq.m experience with a philosophy that focuses on the restorative power of herbs and minerals, blended with contemporary sciences to rejuvenate, relax and restore:

Ezousa Suites are more than just a safe and secure investment, it is a chance for discerning buyers to be part of this pioneering 360 degree lifestyle of holistic living. Key benefits include:
- During the 10-year term, the property will be furnished, managed and operated by Minthis Resort Ltd as boutique suites with all hotel services. During the term there are no additional ownership costs and all operating and maintenance expenses are covered by Minthis Resort Ltd.
- Clients investing in Ezousa Suites will participate in the profits generated by Minthis Resort LTD.
- Minthis Resort will distribute 90% of all Net Profits to the property owners that participate in the hotel scheme proportionately to the square meters of their individual unit(s)
- Stay at Minthis and enjoy the lifestyle in one of the Suites for 14 days each year.
- EzousaSuites owners are exempt from all expenses associated with their property for the duration of the “License to Use Agreement”. The duration of this agreement will be for a period of 5 years, with automatic renewal unless the client chooses not to by providing official communication three months prior to the expiration of the first five-year term.
