I will mainly mention 12 reasons why our  paradise island is one of the most desirable locations there is.to live at :

  1. Best weather in Europe: Located in the eastern Mediterranean sea with many beautiful beaches across the island has  excellent tropical climate. In fact, you can expect to see the sun around 88% of the time. Very mild winters (on the coast) and warm to hot summers. Snow is possible only in the Troodos mountains and rain occurs mainly in winter.

            The average annual temperature of the sea around Cyprus is 21–22 °C (70–72 °F)

  1. Cyprus is an EU state. Cyprus is part of the European Union. Cypriot currency being the Euro, there are more opportunities for exchange and greater integration of financial assets.
  2. Low cost of living.
  3. The people of Cyprus are highly educated , warm and well known for their hospitality . Cypriots are very loyal and have a love for food, traditions and their cultural heritage. English is widely spoken and used in every aspect of society on the island at quite high conversational levels.
  4. Low crime rate. Remains still, one of the safest European countries to live.
  5. Low Tax Rates/ limited capital gains tax/ low corporation taxes and no inheritance tax; In general taxes are  low in comparison to those of other countries in Europe. Tax rate At 12.5% with the maximum personal tax rate at 35%

  10. Transportation. The island has two major airports,  Larnaca International Airport and Paphos International Airport. Cyprus also has a ferry and cruise ship terminal at Limassol Port
  11. Education. There is a wealth of excellent private schools, universities and colleges. Public Schools are free.
